Educator. Strategist. Event producer. Brand builder. And the person who will tell you, kindly but clearly, that being good at what you do is not enough if nobody knows you exist.

The work started long before the brands did.

In 2001, I launched a virtual real estate administrative and marketing support agency, back when “virtual” wasn’t something most people understood yet. At our peak, I was leading a team of 19 contractors, supporting real estate professionals across North America, and realizing something that would shape everything I built after:

The people doing the most essential work were almost always the least recognized for it.

That bothered me. It still does.

By 2006, I founded REA University, the only institution in North America dedicated to certifying real estate administrative professionals. Not because there was an obvious market for it. Because there was an obvious need.

Since then, I built Flourish Marketing Co. to help business owners stop struggling with their marketing and start showing up with confidence. I’ve mentored, taught, spoken, and strategized alongside hundreds of business owners who were ready to be seen. They just needed someone in their corner who knew how to make it happen.

Visibility isn't vanity. It's strategy.

I’ve watched incredible businesses stall. Not because of bad products or weak skills, but because nobody could find them, remember them, or understand what made them worth choosing.

Recognition is not something that happens to you. It’s something you build. Deliberately. Consistently. With the right tools, the right message, and the right support.

I’m based on Vancouver Island, BC, and I genuinely love it here. You’ll find me exploring the coast, hunting down good food in unexpected places, or deep in a book I probably should have started weeks ago.

I care deeply about women in business, community connection, and making sure the people who show up and do the work actually get credit for it. That belief runs through everything: my programs, my events, my mentorship, and the way I show up for the people I work with.
